Have had my brows done here a few times and they were great. Also had a wonderful facial which I could definitely recommend. However I had a lash lift about 8 weeks ago, the lashes were very crossed over and not seperated out properly. Did go into the spa afew days later but was only offered advice to brush them out. Thought I would do that and also give them some time to drop/grow out. They still haven’t, I’m stuck with some lashes that are pointing the complete wrong direction. I haven’t been able to wear mascara since I’ve had them done as it looks terrible. I’ve emailed via the website for advice but no response.

Super friendly and professional staff. Abi did a brow and lash tint, brow wax and lash tint and I love it! All of the staff I've dealt with are very knowledgeable and happy to help :)

Had a lash lift back in May, they looked awful. My top and bottom lashes were fried and looked like they had been folded. My lashes on my left eye are still messed up.

My experience at Elements Skin Clinic was incredible! I had a wonderful hour and a half facial and it was so relaxing! Gioya was so kind and gave the best massage ever! Can't wait to be back.

I've been a client here for a few years now and am super happy with both the lovely, knowledgeable staff and the treatments I've received. Laser for unwanted hair, brow waxing, regular peels and microdermabrasion which, combined with their range of IMAGE Skincare has done amazing things for my skin. Highly recommend!.
