Went in with some high expectations but came away with an increase in symptoms. Expected a couple of days like that but have had more. Everyone was friendly and welcoming.

I attend here on a regular basis to manage my pain..Senior Therapist's are highly skilled. Better than paying a physio for me..An hour to hour n half treatment..the next day then I'm feeling so much better and my pain is more manageable..

I have a one hour customised combination of trigger point and Swedish massage fortnightly with, Sayuri. She is a very good practitioner. At each session we have a brief discussion about how I feel and what I want to target, then we agree on the approach on what Sayuri will do. I highly recommend her work.

Ally has been amazing helping me recover from a double Mastectomy. Her manual lymphatic drainage has helped my pain greatly. She knows when to go deeper and understands pain really well. Very highly recommended.
